Delegate Certification and Approval

Delegates are assessed during the course by a two stage method - Continual Assessment and Formal Examination. As auditing requires much more of an individual than simple theoretical knowledge, the personal attributes required are evaluated by the presenters on an ongoing basis by Continual Assessment of:

Communication
Interaction
Involvement and empathy with the subject

To supplement this personal skill review, the delegates are required to sit a "closed book" formal examination on the 5th day afternoon - 2 l/2 hours in duration for non-native English speaking delegates, to evaluate the theoretical capabilities of each delegate.

Successful delegates will receive a Certificate that is recognized by the IRCA.

The Presentation

The material is in English language and all delegates will receive a hard copy of presentation notes, supplemental reading and workshop material. Visual Aids are also in English and vary in style depending upon the venue capabilities.

The course is presented by tutors who are both qualified and approved for the

presentation, but also, and perhaps more importantly, experienced QMS/ISO 9000 Auditors themselves.
