You have to provide in detail any relevant supporting information describing the Company's scope of operation (eg. Company brochures or publicity material.)

On receipt of your completed questionaire, AJA EQS Certification will prepare and submit a proposal detailing assessment costs and timetables. (Please return by Fax to your local AJA EQS Office.)
